So it turns out that it was a CV joint that burst at the Moonraker.  And not the gearbox.  Phew!!!

Thankfully that means that we can get a run this weekend in the Juniors section of the rally of the Lakes (436).  We were out reccein on Sunday, and although we don’t get Moll’s gap this year, at least we’ll get a couple of runs at Caragh lake and a go at Shanera, and the stages look pretty good.
